The 2019 NEXUS Institute for Quantitative Biology (NIQB) took place at Howard Community College on May 31, June 7, and June 14. This 3-day workshop involved teams of biology and math faculty working together to build quantitative biology modules for the four course introductory biology sequence (Intro Biology I: Cell and Molecular, Intro Biology II: Evolution and Ecology, Genetics, and Cell Biology).
