The 2020 NEXUS Institute for Quantitative Biology (NIQB) took place at Montgomery College (Germantown campus) in January 2021. This change in the plan was in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This 3-day event involved faculty from the participating NIQB-IUSE project working on collaborative teams to develop new quantitative biology modules for introductory biology coursework.
We encouraged NIQB participants to also attend the virtual NIQB Annual Symposium on June 4th to learn about the modules that were developed during the 2019 workshop.
